OUR PURPOSE

This website is a collaboration between the Ibero-American Action League, Father Laurence (Larry) Tracy Advocacy Center, Inc., Trillium Health and members of the North Clinton community.

Our common purpose is to improve the lives of the residents in the North Clinton neighborhood through collaboration. Together, we can treat individuals who are living with addiction and improve the overall health of the community.

The Ibero-American Action League, a dual-language human services agency, ignites the potential of individuals and families in New York State’s Latino Community.

Father Laurence (Larry) Tracy Advocacy Center, Inc. is a walk-in advocacy community-based information and referral center. It exists to empower grassroots community members to navigate complex systems that can improve their quality of life and overcome social and economic barriers to success.

Trillium Health is a community of medical and social service professionals who meet patients in a beautiful, healing environment where they can feel supported, cared for, and cared about.
