At Trillium Health, we provide a full range of on-site primary and specialty medical and supportive services to help you take charge of your health. From treatment adherence to support groups to nutrition counseling and a food cupboard, everything you need is available here.
Financial Assistance
We believe everyone should have access to health care, regardless of income or any other factor. That is why we offer several different ways to make sure you are cared for, no matter what your financial situation might be.
Food, Housing and Transportation
We understand that barriers to housing, transportation and food make it extremely hard to focus on your health, so our supportive services are here to help with that!
Support Groups
Whether in-person or virtual, we offer a variety of support groups for whatever you're going through - from living well with HIV to beginning a gender transition.
Outreach & Education
We offer a variety of services related to community-based testing, health education, and LGBTQ+ cultural competencies. Our education sessions can be tailored to the audience; we are ready to meet folks where they are and bring our services to them!
Behavioral Wellness
If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, are dealing with an emotional crisis, or just need someone to talk to, counselors at Trillium Health can help!
Patient Advisory Council
To learn first-hand what is happening at the agency, and to share input into the quality of services offered, all patients, clients, and their caregivers are encouraged to become a part of the Patient Advisory Council.
MOCHA Center
The MOCHA Center is a community center specializing in the well-being of LGBTQ+ communities of color and providing a space for you to be you.
Harm Reduction
People who inject drugs have health care needs related to drug use. We work with people who use drugs, their families, and the larger community, without judgment.
Research Opportunities
Research is how we find new, innovative ways to preserve your health and promote the health of our community. Trillium Health is proud to partner with many community organizations that conduct research in Rochester and the Finger Lakes.
