The MOCHA Center
Located at 470 West Main Street in Rochester’s Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood, The MOCHA Center is focused on improving the health and wellness of the community through programming, free HIV, STI, and Hepatitis C testing and education, and connecting people to care.
Outreach & Education
We offer a variety of services related to community-based testing and health education. Our education sessions can be tailored to the audience; we are ready to meet folks where they are and bring our services to them!
Support Groups
Trillium Health facilitates a range of support groups to complement and assist in the health journeys of our patients and clients.
