Trillium Health operates several food pantries. Our main food pantry is located at Monroe Square (259 Monroe Avenue). We also have a mini food pantry at 470 West Main Street.

Trillium Health's Food Pantries serve anyone in need of food. Our Food Pantries intentionally remain as barrier-free as possible. Whether you stop by every month or for a one-time visit, our food pantry can help get you through.

About the Food Pantry:

  • It's open to anyone who has a need for food

  • You can visit the Food Pantry once a month

  • We stock fresh fruits & vegetables, canned goods, frozen foods and more

  • Hygiene, household and pet items are also offered as available 

Trillium Health’s Food Pantry is operated in partnership with Foodlink, a community food resource center.

food pharmacy

Join our Food Pharmacy program to get a FREE monthly produce box and participate in educational sessions.

Each session will include a lesson in farm-to-table cooking. You'll learn to prepare and enjoy your produce box while improving your health. Classes will be split between Trillium Health and EquiCenter. Transportation will be provided!

you are eligible if you are:

  • living in the City of Rochester
  • experiencing chronic food-related health conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol or hypertension
