Festival Vendors

We're accepting applications for food vendors, retail vendors, and community-based vendors.

Some sponsorships also include vendor space at the Festival.

Retail Vendors

The retail vendor application is due by Friday, April 24, 2026. You will be notified on May 8, 2026.

10x10 spaces are $200. PLEASE NOTE: you will have to provide your own tent/table/etc. 

SIGN UP

A retail vendor is any business or individual looking to sell items for profit at the event.

Community-Based Vendors

The community-based vendor application is due by Friday, April 24, 2026. You will be notified on May 8, 2026.

10x10 spaces are $75. PLEASE NOTE: you will have to provide your own tent/table/etc. 

SIGN UP

A community-based vendor is any organization or business looking to table and provide information to the community about their organization, project, etc.

Food Vendors

The food vendor application is due by Friday, March 27, 2026. Food vendors will be notified on April 10, 2026.

Food vendors are charged a fee of $750.
