Trillium Health is a community-based health center offering affordable, high-quality primary and specialty care, including LGBTQ-affirming health care. Everyone who comes to us is treated with respect and dignity. Our medical team, pharmacists, health educators, and care managers are here to listen, build a relationship, and provide you with outstanding care and services. We believe in health care you can afford, and help when you can’t.
Our main location in downtown Rochester, at the corner of South Union Street and Monroe Avenue, is accessible and easy to get to, with free parking and an RTS bus stop right at our front door. Recently we opened Trillium Health at 170 Science Parkway, home to Pathway Pediatrics at Trillium Health, and our Center for Gynecological Care & Wellness. Our Rochester and Buffalo MOCHA Centers offer programming and support for LGBTQ people of color.
We’re here to meet all of your health care, pharmacy, and care management needs in a safe, friendly environment.
