Trillium Health is closely monitoring the coronavirus and its presence in our community. Our goal is to keep our patients, employees, volunteers, and visitors safe and healthy, and we are modifying our operations with this in mind.
Because of this, there will be the following changes to our services and programming:
Temporary Program Changes
Our Food Cupboard is now available by appointment only, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please call 585.270.2852 and we will make arrangements with you.
The Trillium Health Food Cupboard will no longer operate as a COVID-19 Emergency Food Pantry. To receive food, you must be a Trillium Health patient, client, or live in the zip codes 14607 or 14620.
Our Harm Reduction program continues to operate, but we have made some adjustments in our daily operations.
To prevent the spread of infection, we are offering limited services, including: syringe exchange and supplies, rapid testing for HIV, HCV and syphilis, and care coordination.
For Syringe Exchange Program information at 39 Delevan Street, please call 585.454.5556.
We have temporarily suspended all in-person NARCAN trainings. To receive training by phone, and to receive free NARCAN kits by mail, please email OOP@trilliumhealth.org. To register for an upcoming virtual training, click here.
If you know someone who does not have internet access, but would like to sign up for training, please have them call 585.210.4146 and leave a message.

To help keep everyone healthy, please call first. A member of our care team will advise you on whether you should come in or be seen by a provider via a video visit.
The Pharmacy is open and we are filling prescriptions for all of our patients. To prevent the spread of infection, we’re also offering free home delivery as an option. To help keep everyone healthy, please call first. A member of our care team can help you set up home delivery over the phone. Please do not come to any Pharmacy location if you are experiencing symptoms of influenza or the coronavirus to help us prevent the spread of infection.
