Everything You Need to Know About the Pride Parade & Festival

Pride will happen rain or shine!

The Pride Parade and Festival both take place on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

PARADE

  • The Parade starts at 1:00 p.m. and goes down Park Avenue between Alexander & Brunswick. Nearly 200 groups have signed up to march.
  • Street parking in the city is free on the weekends. The East End garage is only a few blocks away. There will be physically accessible parking at the Rochester Museum and Science Center (657 East Ave) as well as additional parking at Trillium Health (259 Monroe Ave).
  • There will be a shuttle running between Trillium Health (259 Monroe Ave) and the Festival (Cobbs Hill Park). Two RTS buses will run constantly from 2:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • Parade participants and spectators may walk to the Festival via Culver Road.

FESTIVAL

  • The Festival runs from 1:00-8:00 p.m. at Cobbs Hill Park.
  • Parking for the general public will be available at the Water Authority (475 Norris Drive). Accessible parking will be available near the front of Lake Riley Lodge on Norris Drive.
  • Tickets are required, but kids under 12 are free. General admission is $5 and the VIP Tent is $50. We recommend buying tickets in advance.
  • Tickets at the gate are cash only. All vendors will accept cash. There will be ATMs on-site.
  • No outside food or beverages will be permitted at the Festival, except people are welcome to bring water bottles.
  • Backpacks and dogs are prohibited.
