how do I get a gift card?
Anyone who receives their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination on our Mobile Clinic will receive a gift card while supplies last.
You will receive two $25 gift cards for each dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. Gift cards will be given out at the same time as the vaccine. We will schedule an appointment for you at the Trillium Health Pharmacy for your second dose. Third doses and booster shots are not eligible for gift cards.
Pop-up clinics are held every Thursday from 12:00-5:00 PM at the Father Tracy Advocacy Center, located at 821 North Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14605.
The gift cards were obtained through a grant from the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS).
what type of gift cards can I get?
We are currently giving out Walmart gift cards on our Mobile Clinic.
where can I get a vaccine?
If you can't make it to our Mobile Clinic, vaccines are always available at the Trillium Health Pharmacy.
