Savannah Wentz Chambers, MD
Dr. Wentz is a board-certified family medicine doctor focused on providing person-centered primary care. In 2022, she returned to Rochester after completing her residency training at Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Augusta, Maine. She earned her medical degree at the University of New England and received her undergraduate degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester.
Her professional interests include sexual and reproductive health, addiction medicine, trauma informed care, managing chronic conditions through integrative medicine, and promoting health equity for patients of all ages.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
