Jason Barnecut-Kearns serves as Trillium Health’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Development Officer, evaluating Trillium Health’s financial performance, overseeing facilities, procurement, and financial management, as well as Trillium Health’s fundraising and donor engagement programs. Mr. Barnecut-Kearns is also responsible for strategic planning, data analytics, quality management, grants management and FQHC and Ryan White program development and administration. In addition to his fiscal oversight, Mr. Barnecut-Kearns oversees Trillium Health’s non-clinical supportive services, which include care management, housing, food pantry, nutrition health and transportation.
Mr. Barnecut-Kearns joined Trillium Health in March 2018 after more than twenty-five years at Xerox Corporation, where he most recently served as the Vice President of Finance. He has experience in global finance oversight and budgeting, strategic planning, management accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Mr. Barnecut-Kearns previously served on Trillium Health’s Board of Directors as Vice Chair of Finance and Board Treasurer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business studies from Bournemouth University and is certified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/GCMA), as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Mr. Barnecut-Kearns is a 2022 recipient of the Rochester Business Journal Financial Leader’s Award. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bivona Child Advocacy Center as Treasurer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Barnecut-Kearns has previously served on the Board of Directors of Trillium Health, Out Alliance, GALAXe Pride at Work and Make A Wish.
