COVID-19 Updates

Please know that your health is our top concern and that your Trillium Health team is doing all it can to keep you healthy.

When you call us, a nurse will ask some questions and help determine whether you should come to the office, stay home, or participate in a video visit with one of our care providers. Our care providers are seeing more patients through home video chats using your smartphone, tablet, or computer at home to minimize the risk of exposure. It's secure, confidential, and simple - you will receive an email with a link to begin your video visit with your provider on the screen.

To prevent the spread of infection, our Pharmacy locations are continuing to offer free home delivery. Please call our Pharmacy at 800.923.9394 and a member of the Pharmacy team can help you set up home delivery over the phone. For more information, click HERE.

To further reduce unnecessary risk, we are temporarily suspending some programs or making adjustments to our operations. Please click HERE for an updated list of services that are affected. We will continue to update this site as the situation evolves.
