Please know that your health is our top concern and we're doing all that we can to keep you healthy.

For general medical appointments, please call Trillium Health at 585.545.7200. When you call, a nurse will ask some questions and help determine whether you should come to the office, stay home, or participate in a video visit with one of our providers. Our providers are seeing more patients through home video chats using your smartphone, tablet, or computer to minimize the risk of exposure. It's secure, confidential, and simple - you will receive an email with a link to begin a video visit with your provider.

To prevent the spread of infection, our pharmacy locations are continuing to offer free home delivery. Please call the pharmacy at 800.923.9394 and a member of the team will help you set up free home delivery over the phone. For more information, click HERE.

To further reduce unnecessary risk, we are temporarily suspending some programs or making adjustments to our operations. Please click HERE for an updated list of services that are affected. We will continue to update this site as the situation evolves.
