April 17, 2026 (Rochester, NY) – Trillium Health has joined a dozen local community organizations to offer a “Thriving Communities Fair” on Saturday, April 18, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at SWAN Inc’s Montgomery Neighborhood Center (10 Cady Street in Rochester). The family-friendly event is free and will connect community members to a variety of local health and supportive service organizations. There will also be free grocery gifts cards (offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last) and raffle prizes. The partnership is an example of how local agencies collaborate to reduce barriers and increase access to health care and other vital services.
