Tickets on sale for Trillium Health’s largest fundraiser of the year
May 3, 2024 (Rochester, NY) - Trillium Health is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual fundraiser, "The White Party," which will be held on June 1, 2024, from 7:00-11:00 p.m. at the Mercantile on Main, located at 240 East Main Street in Rochester. The event promises to be an evening filled with dancing, entertainment, and philanthropy, as attendees raise funds to support Trillium Health’s mission to End the HIV Epidemic.
"We are thrilled to welcome guests back to The White Party for another spectacular evening in support of Trillium Health," said Jason Barnecut-Kearns, President and CEO of Trillium Health. "This event raises critical funds for our organization and enables us to continue our mission of providing compassionate care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.”
White Parties have taken place around the world, and they have been traditionally held as fundraisers to support people living with HIV/AIDS. Trillium Health’s first White Party was held in 2013. Over the years, the event has grown to more than 600 guests and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support communities in need.
Dr. William Valenti, co-founder of Trillium Health, said, “The White Party is a time to remember everyone we have tragically lost over the years to HIV and AIDS. In addition, it’s a time to celebrate the incredible strides we have made in our quest to End the Epidemic. It’s also a time to reaffirm our commitment to preventing the spread of HIV through education, prevention, and treatment.”
