Vicki Charles
Ms. Vicki Charles joined Trillium Health in 1995 with responsibility for the management of personnel and benefits, office affairs and facility, as well as high-level administrative responsibilities for the executive team and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Trillium Health, she was a manager and human resources liaison for a Rochester, NY-based operation of the Sara Lee Corporation. Currently, she serves as the health center’s Vice President of Human Resources bringing more than 35 years of human resources and professional management to her position. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing; benefits; classification and compensation; learning and development; employee relations; payroll; HR information management; and leadership development and DEI oversight. Ms. Charles is the strategic partner on the senior leadership team connecting the organization, management and the employees.
