Shane is a clinical pharmacist and a Certified HIV Pharmacist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He brings a strong passion for patient care and has a special interest in diabetes management. In collaboration with patients and providers, Shane offers support with hypertension and overall medication management, including lab review and personalized counseling. Shane is committed to helping patients understand their treatment plans and optimize their medications to improve health outcomes.
