Applications are due by Friday, May 29, 2026. Please note that space is limited, and applications may close earlier if all spots are filled.

The applications will be reviewed and confirmed starting April 13th.

Parade Rules & Guidelines:

Float/marching group judging will take place along the parade route; there will be no judges' stand.
No pets are allowed! July is too hot for our furry friends. If a service animal is present, please ensure they have protective footwear.
Do not throw items to parade viewers. Gently hand them out to prevent injury and reduce litter.
Please bring in all supplies and take out any trash.
Carpooling is encouraged!
All New York State, Monroe County, and City of Rochester ordinances must be followed.
