Changes to services and programming due to coronavirus

Trillium Health is closely monitoring the coronavirus and its presence in our community. Our goal is to keep our patients, employees, volunteers, and visitors safe and healthy, and we are modifying our operations with this in mind.

Because of this, there will be the following changes to our services and programming.

Temporary Program Changes:

Food Cupboard

Our Food Cupboard is now available by appointment only, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please call 585-270-2852 and we will make arrangements with you.

Harm Reduction Program, 416 Central Avenue

Our Harm Reduction program continues to operate, but we have made some adjustments in our daily operations.

We will have reduced hours on Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

To prevent the spread of infection, we are offering only syringe exchange services and supplies. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep the lounge open or offer coffee or food. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the support and cooperation of all those we serve.

Opioid Overdose Prevention/Naloxone/NARCAN Training

We have temporarily suspended all in-person NARCAN trainings. To receive training by phone, and to receive free NARCAN kits by mail, please email To register for an upcoming virtual training, click here.

Satellite Offices in Bath and Geneva

Our Bath and Geneva offices are open on Monday. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

Pathway Pediatrics and the Center for Gynecological Care & Wellness

Please call 585.545.7200 for an appointment. We are continuing to provide medical care and we are filling prescriptions for home delivery. For questions regarding your prescriptions, please call our pharmacy at 800-923-9394.

Temporarily Suspended:

  • Walk-in testing for HIV, STDs, and Hep C is temporarily suspended (Click HERE for special accommodations, including delivery of free home HIV and STD testing kits). 

  • Adult Day Health is temporarily suspended.
  • Congregate Meal is temporarily suspended.

  • MOCHA Center programming in Buffalo and Rochester is temporarily suspended.

We are contacting all participants involved in pre-planned activities for Adult Day Health, Congregate Meal, and the MOCHA Centers of Buffalo and Rochester. Information will be posted to social media and our websites.  We thank everyone for their support, cooperation, and understanding!

A member of our care team will advise you on whether you should come in or be seen by a provider via a video visit.

The Pharmacy will remain open and we are filling prescriptions for all of our patients, but we’re using home delivery to prevent the spread of infection. To help keep everyone healthy, please call first. A member of our care team can help you set up home delivery over the phone. Please do not come to any Pharmacy location if you are experiencing symptoms of influenza or the coronavirus to help us prevent the spread of infection.
