Changes to services and programming due to coronavirus

Trillium Health is closely monitoring the coronavirus and its presence in our community. Our goal is to keep our patients, employees, volunteers, and visitors safe and healthy, and we are modifying our operations with this in mind.

Because of this, there will be the following changes to our services and programming.

Temporary Program Changes:

Food Cupboard

Our Food Cupboard is now available by appointment only, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please call 585.270.2852 and we will make arrangements with you.
As of October 1st, the Trillium Health Food Cupboard will no longer operate as a COVID-19 Emergency Food Pantry. To receive food, you have to be a Trillium Health patient, client, or live in the zip codes 14607 or 14620.

Harm Reduction Program, 416 Central Avenue

Our Harm Reduction program continues to operate, but we have made some adjustments in our daily operations.

We will have reduced hours on Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

To prevent the spread of infection, we are offering limited services, including: syringe exchange and supplies, rapid testing for HIV, HCV and syphilis and care coordination.

For Syringe Exchange Program information at our Harm Reduction Program, Central Avenue, please call 585.454.5556.

A member of our care team will advise you on whether you should come in or be seen by a provider via a video visit.

The Pharmacy will remain open and we are filling prescriptions for all of our patients, but we’re using home delivery to prevent the spread of infection. To help keep everyone healthy, please call first. A member of our care team can help you set up home delivery over the phone. Please do not come to any Pharmacy location if you are experiencing symptoms of influenza or the coronavirus to help us prevent the spread of infection.
