COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

Dear Valued Patients and Clients,

The news about the spread of coronavirus is changing quickly and is challenging and stressful for many of us. Our top priority is to make sure our patients can get their medications, and if you are experiencing symptoms and need medical care, you know what to do and how to get the care you need.

If you need medical care, including with symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or have been around someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus or influenza, please stay home and call 585-545-7200 for additional guidance. To help prevent the spread of infection, please do not come into the Clinic without a pre-scheduled appointment for any medical need. You can learn more by clicking HERE.

When you call our Clinic, a patient services representative will ask some questions and help determine whether you should come to our office, stay home, or participate in a video visit with one of our care providers. Our care providers are seeing more patients through home video chats using your smartphone, tablet, or computer at home to minimize the risk of exposure. It's secure, confidential, and simple - you will receive an email with a link to begin your video visit with your provider on the screen.

To prevent the spread of infection, our Pharmacy locations are closed to walk-in patients, but we are continuing to fill prescriptions and using home delivery. Please call our Pharmacy at 800-923-9394 before coming into any of our Pharmacy locations. Our call volume is higher than usual, so you can always leave a voice mail and a member of the Pharmacy team will call you back on the same business day, Monday through Friday. A member of the Pharmacy team can help you set up home delivery over the phone. For more information, click HERE.

To further reduce unnecessary risk, we are temporarily suspending some programs or making adjustments to our operations. Please click HERE for an updated list of services that are affected. We will continue to update this site as the situation evolves.

Please know that your health is our top concern and that your Trillium Health team is doing all it can to keep you healthy.

Thank you,

The team at Trillium Health
