People who inject drugs have health care needs related to drug use. We work with people who use drugs, their families, and the larger community, without judgment. We are the most complete resource in the Rochester area providing services of this kind.

syringe service program

The goal of our completely anonymous program is to prevent the spread of HIV and Hepatitis C, and to help keep people as safe and healthy as possible. We do not collect personal information from anyone.

We provide free access to:

  • New syringes and works (cotton, caps, sterile water)
  • Safer injection education
  • Harm Reduction Counseling
  • Help getting syringes if you cannot come to our center
  • Overdose Prevention Training (naloxone)
  • Safe disposal of used syringes
  • Hygiene supplies
  • HIV/Hepatitis C testing

Our program offers connections to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services. If you or someone you know is in need of support, call us.

Mobile Syringe Service Program – Ontario County
Location: Exchange St. Bus stop parking lot
Wednesdays: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Location: West Ave. Bus Stop
Thursdays: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
