The Patient Experience and Advisory Council represents the client and patient voice of Trillium Health. The Council advocates for the best possible care and services for all patients and clients.
In-person Patient Experience and Advisory Council meetings are temporarily on hold due to COVID-19.
Patient Experience and Advisory Council:
• promotes communications between the agency and our peers;
• works to ensure a good experience for all patients, clients, their families, and loved ones;
• provides educational, networking, and social opportunities; and
• provides input and dialog regarding agency quality activities.
Your participation in the Patient Experience and Advisory Council is important because we are no longer just patients and clients. We are partners in the care, treatment, and services we receive. As Council Members we are the voice of and ambassadors for other Trillium Health patients and clients who cannot be at the table and we are one of the primary links between the communities we serve and the agency that keeps us strong.
If you wish to have a voice and be a partner in the care and services you receive at Trillium Health, consider becoming a member of the Patient Experience and Advisory Council. We provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can learn first-hand what is happening at the agency and are encouraged to share your thoughts and ideas as a valued part of the decision making and quality of care processes.
The Patient Experience and Advisory Council is open to all Trillium Health patients and clients and meets quarterly at Trillium Health’s Monroe Avenue offices.
