Trillium Health's Patient Portal Support

Description

We are looking for volunteers who would work directly with patients in assiting to activate the Patient Portal through our electronic medical records system. The volunteers will assist with the various prompts, security codes, creation of passwords and walk patients through the portal. The patient will see where they can find their labs, request appointments, update their information and learn how to send messages to their provider.

This will be an ongoing volunteer opportunity. Please see the hours we would need volunteers below. Choose as many time slots as you would like!

Monday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 7:00pm

Wednesday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 7:00pm

Friday: 9:00 - 12:30pm



Qualifications

  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability and commitment to respect and support inclusiveness and diversity but not limited to individauls of different backgrounds, cultures, races, ages, sexual orientation, gender identities or expressions, experiences, opinions, etc.
