Visit Trillium Health Pharmacy

The Trillium Health Pharmacy helps patients by offering a wide range of pharmaceuticals, a complete selection of non-HIV drugs, limited over-the-counter items, experienced staff, high tech services, and reliable home delivery. Your doctor and pharmacist will work together to make sure you are well cared for and your medications are right for you. We also offer treatment plans to meet your needs. Managing the cost of your prescription and making sure they are affordable is our top priority.

And it couldn't be more convenient. One minute you're with your doctor, the next you're headed out the door with your monthly prescriptions in hand. The hours of operation at the Pharmacy at Trillium Health were developed to complement Trillium Health's hours, and to provide weekend service:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

If complicated drug regimens are the mainstays of HIV and AIDS treatment, ease and accessibility are the mainstays of services at the Pharmacy at Trillium Health. As a patient of Trillium Health, you are served regardless of your geographic location, either in conjunction with receiving other services on-site or through the mail or other personal delivery services.

The two registered pharmacists at the Trillium Health Pharmacy have over 40 years combined service with HIV patients. They are aware that the side effects of HIV treatment can be particularly difficult to manage, and they know about the many drug combinations, interactions, and advances in care. They know how to work courteously and compassionately with people of all backgrounds and needs. Joined by excellent support staff, they offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Therapeutic drug monitoring
  • Clinical pharmacy counseling in a private environment
  • Vigorous monitoring of drug-drug and drug-nutrient interactions
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Assistance in choosing over-the-counter medications
  • Assistance locating community resources for other medical supply needs
  • Expert assistance in helping HIV patients manage complex third-party prescription drug coverage plans

And if Spanish is your primary language, Trillium Health staff provides translation services as needed.

The pharmacy's entrance is on the Union Street side of 259 Monroe Avenue. Free parking for pharmacy customers is available in the lot right outside the entrance, and the pharmacy is conveniently located on a major downtown bus route. The Trillium Health Pharmacy is handicapped-accessible.
