Our Services

Please visit our Coronavirus Update to learn more about how we are continuing to provide medical care while we minimize the risk of infection for our patients and medical providers. If you have symptoms of the coronavirus or influenza, have been near someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus, or need medical care, please call us at 585-545-7200.  To help keep everyone healthy, please call first and do not come in before speaking with a member of our care team. Thank you for your cooperation!

care. for you.

Trillium Health is a community-based health center offering affordable, high-quality primary and specialty care, including LGBTQ-affirming health care. Everyone who comes to us is treated with respect and dignity. Our medical team, pharmacists, health educators, and care managers are here to listen, build a relationship, and provide you with outstanding care and services. We believe in health care you can afford, and help when you can’t.

Our main location in downtown Rochester, at the corner of South Union and Monroe Avenue, is accessible and easy to get to, with free parking and an RTS bus stop right at our front door. Recently we opened Trillium Health at 170 Science Parkway, home to Pathway Pediatrics, a division of Trillium Health, and our Center for Gynecological Care & Wellness. Our Rochester and Buffalo MOCHA Centers offer programming and support for LGBTQ people of color.

We’re here to meet all of your health care, pharmacy, and care management needs in a safe, friendly environment.

Call us at 585-545-7200 or stop by and meet our staff to learn more and see what we can do for you.
