COVID-19 Testing FAQs:
- A patient of Trillium Health with symptoms or with close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- A community member with symptoms or close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, but without a primary care provider
- At least 16 years old
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
Due to high demand, you must schedule an appointment online by clicking here.
Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 259 Monroe Avenue. (The testing area is closed from 12:00-1:00 p.m. for cleaning).
Check-in at the door on the southeast side of 259 Monroe Avenue (not the clinic entrance). This is not a drive-thru setting. Free parking is available onsite.
Please bring your ID, insurance card, and a mask if you have one (if not, a mask will be provided onsite). Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.
Results will be available within five days.
